Shelby and Eric became Mr. & Mrs. Eric Steinour in Carova, N.C. on Monday September 5, 2016. This is DJ George to give the rundown on this awesome Outer Banks beach Wedding.
The Wild Horse event home seems to be one of the most popular wedding venues in all of Carova, N.C. It’s a beautiful home with a huge deck that provides an incredible backdrop for a ceremony and reception.
This celebration found the Wild Horse house decorated nicely with a little help from The Flower Girls OBX. Mr. & Mrs. Steinour were pronounced husband and wife by none other than the amazing Tony Joseph with “I Do OBX Weddings“. Cocktail hour took place around the pool area while Rich Coleman with Coleman Shots took the wedding party and bride & groom off to capture beautiful beach photos.
It was time for the Introductions after photos and we brought the wedding party in to “Wagon Wheel” by Darius Rucker. Shelby and Eric shared a nice first dance to “From the ground up” by Dan + Shay. Red Sky Cafe brought out champagne for everyone as we had a few toasts. There was blessing given by Andrew Steinour followed by an excellent meal provided also by Red Sky Cafe. The father of the bride gave a quick welcome and then Shelby and her Dad shared a special dance to “Daddy Dance with me” by Krystal Keith. Eric shared a dance with his Mother to “Simple Man” by Lynyrd Skynyrd.
We opened up the dance floor to get everyone’s booty’s shaking and then had a special Anniversary dance for the bride’s Grandparents to “Smoke Gets In Your Eyes” by The Platters in honor of their 60th Wedding anniversary. Bill and Barb gave a few words of advice followed by a special Polka dance called the Polish Bridal Polka. A desert table was set up and everyone enjoyed sweets and time together as we continued celebrating. We then played a last dance to end a perfect beach wedding to “Sweet Caroline” by Neil Diamond.
Congratulations to the new Mr. & Mrs. Eric Steinour! Thank you so much for choosing Coastal DJ & Video for your Outer Banks Wedding.
