2017 is starting in tremendous style, with our team awarded TheKnot Best of Weddings and WeddingWire Couple’s Choice Awards, and now we have the honor to announce that the WeddingChicks have selected Katie & Andrew’s amazing wedding at the Sanderling Resort for an exclusive feature! To celebrate our team’s hard work and help make your wedding planning a bit less stressful, we’ve decided to share the “must play” wedding reception songs playlist that Katie & Andrew selected:
The couple’s choreographed first dance was fueled by “When I Look Into Your Eyes” by Firehouse, which kicks off with “I see forever when I look in your eyes / You’re all I’ve ever wanted” and it was not only a explosion of romance but extremely fun to watch the couple on the dance floor. For the father-daughter dance Katie chose “Here for You” by Neil Young, and then she danced with her mom under Chicago’s “Colour My World”. For the bridal party entrance, we went with the appropriate “Let’s Get It Started” by the Black Eyed Peas.
After that, it was time to really party! Right before their grand reception entrance, Katie made a dress change, or took the long tulle skirt off her dress, to a show-stopping short dress, even taller heels, and a flower crown to top it all off!
