WOW!

That’s the first thing I have to say to start off this blog for Nick and Nadina, who were married on May 27, 2011. The house they chose was one of the largest event homes on the Outer Banks. With 23 bedrooms, and plenty of other accommodations, the Wild Horse House is simply the best wedding destination event home for all of the Outer Banks.

The Wedding

The ceremony took place on the 2nd floor deck overlooking the swimming pool and the beautiful ocean as a backdrop for all to enjoy on wedding day! While the ceremonial vows were taking place, DJ George Wainwright and wedding Videographer Bryan Sibley, from Coastal DJ & Video, caught some awesome footage from the upper deck of the location.

Nick and Nadina were finally pronounced husband and wife and then everyone went from the 2nd floor deck down to the pool area where Outer Banks Productions was ready for photos. The entire wedding party, family and friends, lined up around the pool for the memory books.

Party Time!

When they finished, we all headed for the inside to have cocktails and food. An amazing cocktail hour kicked off with food that was provided by Red Sky Café. We have to give kudos to the amazing Jennifer Thompson from Just Beach Events for her excellent performance as a wedding coordinator. Jennifer is always a pleasure to work with and ultimately makes sure things are done right and everyone has a great time!

Jennifer and George lined up the wedding party for introductions on the deck and then moved to announcing everyone into the reception room to a wedding favorite “One More Time” by Daft Punk. The room lit up like crazy and from that moment, all broke loose for Nick and Nadina.

The First Dance

The first dance came next to Celine Dion, “Because You Loved Me,” and everyone gathered in close to get photos as Nick and Nadina would share a moment with the father of the bride and also the mother of the groom. This was an incredible night of wedding music, dancing, celebrating, and partying for Nick and Nadina that worked hard in planning their perfect beach destination wedding and all their friends and family got the pleasure of being a part of the joy as well! I’ve never seen so many people want to dance, dance, dance as this crowd did!

The groom requested that DJ George and Videographer Bryan Sibley stay overtime to sure that they caught the very end of the night. The entire wedding party jumped into the pool with their clothes on. The bride Nadina even jumped in with her wedding dress on and then joined her bridesmaids in the hot tub to top it all off. Nick did the same and joined his groomsmen in the other hot tub to end a perfect wedding night.

We had a blast attending this wedding at one of the best and most attractive locations in all of the Outer Banks. Congratulations to the newlyweds! Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas Ortiz , now officially husband and wife! We certainly thank you for letting our DJ and Videographer on the Outer Banks to be a part of your special day that will be remembered forever. We had a blast!
